润东医药研发（上海）有限公司成立于2004年，是中国第一家由国外同行业公司共同出资组建成立的中外合资CRO公司（CRO, Contract Research Organization 合同研究组织），公司专业从事药物临床研究外包服务及产品上市后市场咨询业务，是中国CRO联合体（CROU）的主要发起者和推动者。现为CROU的常务副理事长单位，中国非处方药物协会常务理事单位，中国CRO行业中第一家通过ISO 9001:2008质量管理体系结合CRO行业规范认证的CRO公司。
Rundo International Pharmaceutical Research & Development Co., Ltd. (Rundo) founded in 2004, was the first Sino-foreign joint venture CRO (Contract Research Organization) in China. Rundo provides professional clinical research outsourcing and post-market consultancy services. Rundo was one of the main promoters in the establishment of the China CRO Union (CROU). Now, Rundo is the Vice Chairman Unit of the CROU and the Executive Director of the China Non-prescription Medicines Association (CNMA). Rundo was also the first Chinese CRO to obtain ISO9001:2008 accreditation.

Rundo’s headquarters is in Shanghai with branches located in Beijing and a subsidiary clinical data management (CDM) centre in Nantong. Beyond this, Rundo has agencies and home-based staff in more than 20 provinces around China. Over the past 10 years since establishment, Rundo has carried out over 460 trials covering a wide range of Therapeutic Areas (TA) including Oncology, Cardiology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, CNS, Anti-Infection and many others. Our Nantong CDM centre has undertaken a vast number of Data Management and Drug Safety Data Management services on behalf of our Sponsor from America, Europe and Japan.

In order to meet the increasing demand for Pac-Asia clinical trials, Rundo, in collaboration with the other core countries and regions, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan etc. - established the Alliance for Pac-Asia Clinical Trials (A-PACT). After a three-year trial run, A-PACT was officially established in Shanghai in May, 2012. With unified SOPs and Project Management approach, A-PACT has already won the interest of numerous Sponsors, offering high quality, efficient and flexible Regional solutions at reasonable costs.
