产品来源于山羊血清的特异性羊抗人IgG(H+L)，采用免疫亲和层析和其他层析纯化的高纯度抗体，SDS-PAGE纯度>95%。
本产品为液体提供，－20℃存放，保存体系：10mM PBS，pH7.4。可根据使用方法作不同浓液稀释，避免反复冻融。
This product is derived from animal serum specific sheep anti human IgG (H+L), purified by immunoaffinity chromatography and other chromatography with high-purity
antibodies, and SDS-PAGE purity of 95%.
The product is provided as a liquid and stored at -20 ℃. It can be diluted with different concentrations according to the usage method to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Usually, different usage purposes can be diluted with the following buffer solutions, paying attention to complete thawing and thorough mixing.
After thawing, there may be a small amount of sediment. Please centrifuge at low temperature and high speed to remove cold polymerized globulin and denatured protein,
and then re quantify.
