适应体假说 adaptor hypothesis

在蛋白质的生物合成时，以核酸的碱基排列为模板直接对应于氨基酸的看法，存在着氨基酸和核酸的立体结构上的矛盾，这样克里克（F.H.Crick，1957）为了解决这个问题提出了与信息传递有关的适应体假说，即既能识别各种氨基酸，也能识别核酸上的碱基排列这二种功能的适应体分子（adaptor mo-lecule）。现在巳经阐明这个适应体分子实际上就是转移RNA。
